Ian Bysouth mibc, the principal and owner of the organisation, has previously been involved in businesses in areas such as electrical engineering, advice and guidance services, as well as running a freelance consultancy. He has worked with clients ranging from large corporate organisations, to small start-up businesses and has delivered contracts for organisations providing support to hard to reach groups and start up advice as part of a Job Centre plus contract. He has also delivered contracts on behalf of New Deal for Communities organisation working with both start up as well as established businesses. In addition, Ian has worked with social enterprises to explore options for securing the organisations future.

Ian is a full member of the Institute of Business Consultants, the professional body for business consultants, which helps to maintain the highest level of service to you, the client, and enables Ian, and his associates, to keep up to date with current trends.
